飲用建議 / Usage Advice
日常保養： 月經前 5 天，每天飲用 1 次；生理期結束後，連續飲用 5 天。 Daily Wellness: Drink once daily for the 5 days before your period, and continue for 5 days after your period ends.
體質調理： 男性及手腳容易冰冷者亦適合飲用，建議每週 2-3 次。 General Support: Also suitable for men and those prone to cold extremities. Recommended 2–3 times per week.
 
產後建議 / Postpartum Support
自然產： 建議於產後約第 14 天起，待身體舒適後開始飲用。 Natural Delivery: Recommended from around day 14, once you feel physically comfortable.
剖腹產： 建議於產後約第 21 天起，視個人舒適程度開始飲用。 C-Section: Recommended from around day 21, depending on your individual comfort level.

將茶包加入煮沸開水350-400毫升沖泡，靜候2-4分鐘

創意喝法 Creative ways to drink
使用3個茶包，加入約1.2公升的清水，加肉類燉煮變成四物湯
Use 3 tea bags and add approximately 1.2 litres of water. Add meat of your choice and simmer to create a Si-wu soup
